Cru is the name of the U.S. ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ.

 Campus Crusade for Christ is an inter-denominational ministry committed to helping take the gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations. Started in 1951, on the campus of UCLA, the ministry now has movements on more than 1,200 campuses in the United States.

Nearly 60 different ministries operate under the Campus Crusade for Christ umbrella, touching most segments of society. Other ministries include the Jesus Film Project, Athletes in Action, Josh McDowell, and Family Life. More than 26,000 staff and 550,000 volunteers serve in 191 countries.

Campus Crusade for Christ holds to the historic beliefs of the Christian faith, including the authority of Scripture, the lordship of Christ, and salvation by faith based on the death and resurrection of Christ.
